DO NOT RECOMMEND, don’t use!!!
I cancelled a FULLY REFUNDABLE reservation weeks in advance of the dates and have spent numerous hours trying to speak to agents about my refund which I have never received. They said they do not not have an accounting department and couldn't even provide me with a valid confirmation of the refund they said they processed. I asked for the last 4 digits of the account they credited, and they gave me letters instead. This place STEALS your money if you end up needing a refund, you can forget it. I'm out several hundred dollars until my bank settles this dispute. The chat agents are a joke and completely unhelpful. Major warning to all - find another booking site who is reputable.

I been have a hard time trying cancel my membership they have you calling to talk to someone to cancel your subscribe then when I do a live chat I'm on hold for a long time but yet they still try get 30 dollars from my debit card and now since I been on hold so long just cuz you all didn't want to cancel my subscribe I cancel my debit card so you would not get the money anyway

Scam for your money. First, you have to pay 1.50 right away to start an account. Doesn't seem like much. However after the trial date it's 15.00 a month AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL THEY MAKE YOU CALL A NUMBER INSTEAD OF JUST ALLOWING YOU TO DO IT THROUGH THE APP. if you can take my money through your app you should allow me to cancel that way. Also any credits you do get, they pend for almost an entire month. That's just insane.

Canceled monthly billing still being charged
I've used this app since 2020 when it was SNAP TRAVEL. I used Super travel in January to book hotel. I was unaware that this time it signed me up for automatic billing of $14.99 per month. For what I don't know? The issue is that I canceled in March, and I'm still being billed. How can this be canceled? I'm not interested in this service anymore. The added fees, and EFT billing don't make booking with this app a bargain. In addition there is no flexibility if your plans change. You pay in full up front for the hotel stay.

WOW the amount of bad reviews and complaints are absurd.It's obvious that this App/business is not accommodating to the customers the amount of frustration & loss of money I'm reading about tells you not to subscribe.Thank you for the reviews every one after reading I immediately closed my account and cancelled my subscription people don't have money to waste I know I don't.

Fraud Fraud Fraud!!!!
Please do not use this app. Please do not use their services. They are a fraud. I booked through them 6 nights in one of the top hotels in Beijing just two days ago and was left stranded on the streets of Beijing without a place to stay. I'm from the US. Called them using my T-mobile number at three dollars a minute and was put on hold for 20 mins without response. I finally had to hang up. And this was my second call. So it is midnight and I don't have place to stay. Without means to book a new one unless I pay the exorbitant price the 5-star hotel charges at last minute. The customer care agents are all little girls from another southeast Asian country and they don't give a f—- that you are screwed and left abandoned in a foreign land. DO NOT USE their services. They are a friggin fraud!!!!!!

Scam app, do not download
I was booking a movie on amc app when i got a popup saying il get 20$ cashback so i signed up on super on may 12, i had to enter card details. Then i saw they deducted 1.97$. When i contacted customer care they said its trial fee but they never mentioned it on the popup from which i signed up. How can you fool customers like this. On opening app i saw i will be charged 15 dollar for membership on may19 and my 20$ cashback will only cone to me in june, so i immediately cancelled my membership. I havent used the app nor its benefits and was simply charged 1.97$ without being told. Also there werent any great deals on this app, there are better legit apps. This app is fooling customers with trial and the cashback offer, reality is different. Also when you open app there is no section where i can personally delete my card details, biggest scam. Since they deducted my 1.97$ , i cannot believe this app so I am deleting my card from bank and taking a new card. customer care is just saying sorry for inconvenience, we cant refund 1.97$ as its trial fee. My biggest thing is why dont you mention on the popup from where i signed up dt there is trial fee, i would never signup only then. I signed up thinking its free as it was not mentioned. You cant fool customers like this. Beware of this scammy app, download at your own risk. I want my 1.97$ refund back.
