This application is faithful to the SNCF's unavowed objective "To promote the car". As a regular user of public transport in many neighboring countries (Germany, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, ...), I notice that SncfConnect is by far the worst European app. It is a "Symbol of a State France that is losing". I'm ashamed. An example: when the application starts, half of the screen displays unnecessary information (warnings, hello, bird logo).

Deplorable. In every way lamentable: loses the transaction during payment (impossible to buy a ticket), impossible to add a companion on the advantage card, etc. Use the TrainLine app instead.

Seating is inconsistent
Despite a Freedom card, individual seats are never offered or worse even when the trains are empty, the seat assigned is the one in front of another passenger, the train is indicated as almost full when in reality it is almost empty.

The itinerary has to be programmed backwards (first the destination, then the place of departure), it's not very intuitive. Systematically bugs when I exit the app: you always have to manually force the app otherwise it's impossible to restart it (fixed black screen) And you can't record a trip simply (departure, arrival): favorites are a specific train at a specific time. It's hard to know when the next train leaves on the same line. And so on...
