App update available
Can't use the app for about a month. When I open the app I have to log in again and again, after I log in, it says that an update is available but in the AppStore it says that the app is up to date.

App hasn't worked for weeks
Unfortunately, the app has not been working for weeks, which makes it impossible to use online banking. I understand if mistakes happen and the app is unusable for a few days. In the meantime, however, it has been weeks and there is no communication on the part of the Sparkasse regarding a possible time when the app will work again. However, the €10 account fee will continue to be debited reliably... For the moment, I can therefore only advise anyone interested not to become a customer of the savings bank.

Errors in the app
Until yesterday I had the same problem as everyone felt right here. I was helped in the savings bank. App deleted, app reloaded, SMS received and set up again. :) Running again 👍🏽

Worst TAN app I've ever come across. Since the update compulsion, nothing works anymore. Even after resetting with waiting for the letter, the same continues. This means that working with the SK app is no longer possible. Simply impossible when you can't get home for weeks.

Updating the app
I am supposed to update the app to use the app. If I press the 'Update now' button, the error message 'The update was not successful' appears. What is this? So I can't even log in online to the Sparkasse anymore. I can't do anything. You should fix this as soon as possible!

Since the last updates, the app has been severely delayed. Likewise, you have to enter the password every time you release when working with biometric data. Sure, if the password was 1234, it wouldn't bother so much. If, on the other hand, you have a longer, cryptic password like me and perhaps others, this is impractical. Especially since the use of biometric data is supposed to prevent exactly that. All in all, I find the app more annoying than useful at the moment.
