Hello. I used this app and everything was easy in the beginning! Setup and install went perfectly! My complaint comes after the easy setup! I took my customers payment and then went to cash out and the thing says no instant transfer and that I have to wait for bank verification which makes sense verifying took 10 days just for it to come back failed with no email or any notification telling me it failed thank god I checked it every day or I would have waited longer and then after the fail they gave me option to setup square bank account I'm like cool thats easy so I set it up and then they take literally all the money and put my account in review and I can't atleast transfer or take it out unless I give them my customer contact information and what my business does and how my business gets business like huhhhhhh why do you need to know this??? They want business ein number and Ssn number and addresses I'm like all this over one transaction??

Good until it's not. Absolutely horrible customer service. Chat only, can't talk to anyone. Takes forever and not helpful, just suggests what's already in online help section. ZERO stars for no real customer support!

Stop fixing what's not broken
Before I was able to manage my items remotely from my phone. Now I just get a basic list which doesn't include all of my modifiers and none of my custom attributes. I have to have my laptop or chomebook nearby just to edit or add items. It's been a struggle and we've been with square since we opened our shop.

13 years that is correct 13 years with them never had a charge off or Disputes , 3 times in 13 years had to refund money cause customer wanted to use different cc , with no good reason they suspend my account loos all my clients saved on there system

Beware of these people. It looks like a great app at the beginning but once you start making some money and have larger transactions they will put a hold on your money and make you answer a bunch of questions and show proof of invoices that the sale is legit. I highly recommend you go with an actual credit card merchant and not these people. Their customer reps are in another country. They don't know how to talk properly or give you any real feedback. They are just useless.

Actually, it was my husband who had the bad experience with them, 10 days waiting for them to deposit his money, for no reason, ahh but if he pays them $30 to give it to him the next day they tell him yes. Scammers are what they are. This is the date that my husband doesn't have his money yet. We never transfer with this company again. 👇 Update after your response: we have had the bank account linked to Square long before this conflicting transaction.
