so confusing
The new update means I can't see if any buses are coming or not. I don't know what they've updated on this app but you used to be able to track when your bus was coming and what stop it was at but now when you click on the stop, you want to get on the bus from just says that it's coming it doesn't actually say what stop it's been at so you left really confused and you don't understand what time your bus is coming and then you click on live maps it doesn't say because for some reason they've all been taken off so now it's even more confusing to get the bus

I love most aspects of the app. I love I can see the buses, the live departure times and I can use it all over the country. For buying and using tickets it is a mess. I buy a lot of daily tickets on the app and given the small window I have for it to need to display my ticket onscreen, it is concerning how often it can't do that. I write this having bought a daily ticket on the app, which did not work, then one on the bus. 5 mins later the app decided I did have a ticket which is frustrating
