SC Mobile Nigeria - Latest Quality Issues

I really love to bank with you but I have been trying to upgrade my account for the past 3 weeks, with no success, after uploading all required documents it will take about a week before I receive a mail that they are having challenges with their system, but that is rectified, but when I initiated the same again after one week I received the same msg, it's really frustrating. Even only to upload my nin slip has taken a month, still the error still persits even after uploading my original nin id.

SC mobile has not been living up to expectations. I expected that a bank of international repute will ensure it's mobile app can generate transaction receipt like other local and international bank apps. Unfortunately that has not been the case. Please you should urgently upgrade your mobile app to enable it generate transaction receipt as expected. Do this and I'll give you a 5 star rating.

Always a new issue with this app and bank every day. This is my third major complaint in less than a month of use. Why won't you allow me recover my login username and password through my email address? Why do I have to use a debit card(which I don't have), or visit the nearest bank branch, which is quite far from me? You guys are ridiculous

App not user friendly
In Nigeria, this happens to be the most cumbersome banking App ever. So much navigation and error every now and then in initiating transfer. This App does not represent a global bank status. Do not know if it user specific though
Android
May 8, 2024
The app does not generate receipts after transfer or other transactions. There are no icons for bill payment, airtime recharge or frequent transactions. User journey is too far and the interface is difficult to navigate for an average user.
iOS

Unstable app
Since this app has been upgraded it has become very unstable and un reliable. It keeps asking for upgrade despite it been upgraded.
