AS OF 05/13/2024 update still refuses to see most Starbucks stores on Long Island NY
Every week now that for last month, they have been updating it once a week and it's been getting worse and worse. You turn it on you reboot it you reload it whatever and it doesn't recognize the store or any stores or for that matter the previous order you made or the favorites or sometimes it only does the favorites BUT you still can't order from it. Also, it shows that you've filled up your card, but yet none of it shows on the wallet or it duplicates the same exact card, the same exact ID and QR code with one amount and the other one having half exactly half of what you should have so if it's $44 you have $22. this is basically useless. The whole idea is to put in the correct order and customize it with all these great features. If you will before you get to the store not at the store where it's busy and you have to wait.

App not working
For at least 3 days now, my app will not allow me to order, choose a location, view my reward points or scan/scan to pay. When attempting to choose a location, in an attempt to order, I am met with the response “We're sorry, a system error has occurred. Please try again later” Same with attempting to scan/scan to pay. “Something went wrong on our end. Things should be back to normal soon”

Not working
I dont know what happened but this app ran flawlessly for years and then all of a sudden i cant even sign in since a couple months ago. Pretty frustrating and over dealing with the hassle

App doesn’t work
For the last few weeks when I try to reload my Starbucks app it automatically signs me out. I try to sign in and it says “we're sorry a system error has occurred. Please try again later”…. When I try to order through the app it only works half the time and doesn't show any nearby locations even though the location I am wanting to order from is across the street. It's seems to only work half the time.

Not happy
I tried to use the app on Sunday for the buy one get one free deal for Mothers Day. I have 5 locations near me and none of them accept app orders because “we don't take call ahead orders”. Also I wanted to try the new Summer Berry Refresher and all 5 locations were out of Boba. What is the point of having an app if your restaurants don't accept app orders. Ordering ahead is literally the whole purpose of having an app. Also if you have a heavily advertised product, make sure your stores are prepared to make it or offer an acceptable substitute!

Order ahead not available
I don't know why this is happening but my Starbucks app is saying everything store's order ahead is not available. I thought it's not available for everyone until my friend says it works for her. I tried to uninstall and install again and open an new account, but still not working.

Double Charges
Whenever loading up my Starbucks card on the app, it double charges my bank account. I switched to a different bank account and the same thing happens. The second charge usually drops off 5-7 days later. I've called Starbucks before about this situation and they said it's the bank's issue. Not the case after talking with both banks. There's plenty of complaints about this online as well. My account has been drawn negative before because of not catching it in time. Doubt this review will do much but I am a fed up customer and started taking my business to other places in town where I don't get double charged.

App is ok but they’re selling coffee flavors water now
I got a cold brew the other day. It was so bland I thought they gave me some coffee flavored water. I had them remake it and it was the same. Paid $6 for some garbage “coffee”.
