Bad support. Used their online support like they said and even in game. Yes both ways and no nreply. scoply, I did submit the correct way even on you chat box and u don't reply. So again don't just say go to this site to submit a ticket. No one answers .

Game went from pay to win, to pay to progress, every new arc is geared for whales to spend. Every new grind only becomes possible if you buy the newer ships or crews. The stories/missions have declined badly recently. And the community in general has become belligerent. Do yourself a favor and try another game. Edit. They replied to this with the usual copy and paste generic response. They don't actually do anything about abuse in game. At least 40 reports sent in by me against one player, who is still in game, and many more sent in by others . Scopely don't care.

Great game, really the only negative point being on iOS iPad mini the game only bugs, loading page that freezes permanently force you to restart the game every time, at least 30 times a day do something for it! Thank you

Getting worse and worse on IOS

I've been playing it for over 2 years now, sharing for a fee. It is well playable on PC with Windows. Virtually unplayable under IOS. On average, you have to reload the game every 4-7 minutes because it hangs. Very bad at defense, etc. Otherwise playable without [phone]W. All money only buys you time, even the ships that can be bought.

Performance issues with this game have gotten worse and worse. Numerous glitches with the game freezing, sticking and stuttering. Problems with mining nodes, ship tags disappearing. Items going missing and support practically calling me a liar stating the items were used and not willing to remedy the issue. Support is non existent. Canned replies blaming devices as the cause. My entire alliance has the same issues. It's not the devices. Grow up and own your problems. Pathetic excuses. Shame!
