It's difficult to find the information I need, or even the fingerprint login. It's either buried under unintuitive links below the fold, or just plain missing. e.g. I want to know what time my assessment appointment is, but that isn't in the app. But when I rang the 800 number to find out, they needed the claim number, but under 'claims', I had to dig for several minutes through unhelpful status information to find a link to that. Why isn't that number prominent, when I get asked for every time?

the payment system with auto pay should be made a little easier. it's little overly complicated for a simple card switch with auto pay

mediocre at best. nothing special about this insurance. I drive 12 miles a day for work and hardly drive besides and there is no incentive and they offer no program to keep me as a loyal customer. plan on switching as soon as I have time to shop for a better price.

App "Decides" when your allowed to make payments. Not allowing payment until sometimes halfway into the month. You'll setup a payment for the same day and then check it and it will say setup for tomorrow. Absolute insanity for a company that deals with so much money. Terrible app.

The braking application isn't even close to being accurate for a person's driving habits. According to the app, I'm continually having hard braking problems, which I'm not having, and the couple of times I actually had a hard braking application it didn't show. Actual hard braking does not show but normal braking shows as hard braking
