Gives blank dark grey screen, even if verification request goes into push notifications. All internet full of reports of this and no solution over a year. Steam pushes this app for safety as means to login but then leaves it not working, leaving users without option to log in. In support QA doesn't even mention this scenario what to do.

Terrible customer support, I got hacked and my steam funds got robbed on the community market and when I made a ticket, steam employees refuse to assist me even though my account had an unauthorised charged! I lost my money and steam lost a buyer!

I set it up to set up Steam Guard, but the Chinese hacked it, so I logged out to reset it, but since then, I haven't been able to set Steam Guard. I tell the customer service, but they keep saying the same thing, and they say that they just need to delete and install a new app, but I need to get a Steam Guard code, but the Steam Guard code is only a number, and I don't know why they send it mixed with texts. I've been snooping about this for 3 hours now.
