Good mobile payment option
It's a good option for receiving payment but 5% on every transaction is excessive. A monthly subscription is a more sensible option. I personally won't use this as my primary payment receiving option as I have issues with 5% transaction fee.

Verification process is not good in India
In india account verification process is worst, I created account almost 1 month ago and still not verified. From web app document upload functionality not working and after highlighting that they ask documents over private link now for status updates whenever I ask to support they close old ticket and create new with same loop.

Patrick Collison, CEO, the fish always rots from the head down. You are responsible for the lack of quality that your customers experience. You alone. Though I would like to blame it on your extremely ineffective support team: Gab, June, Suhas, Maria, Giusi, It is you Patrick who created this system and you must be blamed. Your Stripe app is completely unusable, absolutely counterintuitive, and utterly useless. For months I've been trying to change my bank account number within your putrid, rancid, foul, wretched little app and because your janky, skanky app doesn't work, I've had to interact with your support team in an endless loop of useless time-wasting ineffective and vapid communications. You should be ashamed. you're probably too busy farting through silk to even bother to read this.

No support at all
They closed my account for no reason but the payments from my client is stuck with Stripe. They don't even want to refund the amount to my client. No contact support to call. All their responses is copy paste. I NEED YOU TO REFUND THE MONEY TO MY CLIENT!!!!

Run go use square for your needs. Customer services are liars and manipulators. They will take your money and not payout in a reasonable time. They will and steal money from your bank account.

Nobody. Unable to update connection data. More than 20 minutes spent in front of a computer screen that clocks while all the modifications have to be done via a single account. Anti-contractor solution.
