When it works, it works and then when it doesn't even want to open, it will never open. I uninstalled it and restalled it. It worked for a couple weeks and now it's doing it again. So I uninstalled it and re installed it again and it is not working still. I cannot get my app to open at all. What's going to happen when I attend my event. And I can't open my app to access the tickets. Then what happens?

Don't order from them. They have zero support. Tickets I received were not the seats I ordered and paid for. I ordered for two other concerts also. I have emails with order numbers but no way to access my tickets, no support. So it's all a major rip off.

Deplorable customer service. After being nice to them and then screwed around for days and days I finally had to get angry the day of the concert when nothing was resolved and I didn't get 1 of 2 tickets paid for. For how much money they make on this stuff they should prioritize customer service. I will be uninstalling this app and sticking with Ticketmaster even though they also charge ridiculous fees, at least you know you will get your tickets. Shame on StubHub. No wonder their ratings suck.

TERRIBLE
Same old horror story. Tickets don't show up. They have the buyer run around in circles. They do nothing. The sites don't allow you to complete the actions they tell you do. I strongly suggest DO NOT do business with them.

have had a hard time loading any tickets I buy and they won't let me just load them without the app so now I'm forced to hope the tickets will magically appear

It never came
Bought a tickets to a game and a parking pass separately. The tickets came the parking pass never came. To call and resolve this I was left on hold several times the call lasted 30 minutes just to give me a refund for the parking pass that never came. That should be a 3 minute phone call tops. And they say ”what we can offer you is a refund” that's not an offer that's your obligation otherwise it would be called stealing.

Not a user friendly app. I had tickets to an Orioles game the other day. Having spent 15 mins trying to access my tickets, combined with the feeling of missing the game and a terrible urge to urinate, I decided to go to the ticket window and purchase another ticket instead. I wasn't drunk and I'm not rich, so that was a last resort for me. Surcharges are terrible too. I hate StubHub.
