Just doesn't work most of the time - can set up an order, but no matter what payment method I try I can't complete it. Just wastes my time for a process that should be simple.

You can try ordering the same thing multiple times and when it's about to go through it just tells you to log out and log back in but you loose everything.

Scrap app payment always failure even adding new cards it's always said wrong card numbers or PIN , what's the PIN ? Can't making a payment , have to go to a store to make an order and pay with the cards their app said wrong number and PIN, scrap app

F off Subway! Can't order anything using the app, ever. Lets me add the deal, put together my subs, go through the entire checkout process, then tells me my payment method failed. No matter what card I use, no matter how much money is available on the card, it says, "uh oh, payment method failed", then it laughs maniacally. So frustrating!

It's nice in avoiding long lines but good grief it takes forever for the cart to finally update and just recently I went to get on and nothing all it did is for the stupid subway logo to just constantly spin. Whoever designed this app should be fired
