Awful. Slow loading, data heavy app that never remembers your password then you have to jump theough allsorts of hoops to reset a new password, including verification codes via email etc. If in a Subway shop trying to get this working, i guarantee you'll just give up. App deleted, ill go McDonald's instead

I don't understand what happened to Subway. It used to be great in you could customise your sandwich a lot, pick the specific salad etc. that's now become a standard feature for most fast food outlets but subway have specifically REMOVED that feature now? I just want what I'd had for years but it's no longer possible ever since the "new menu'. I miss subway, and have no idea why they thought this change was good. Surely I'm not the only customer they've lost...

They keep re-launching their rewards schemes, by cancelling points and changing the app each time. Not very ethical behaviour. This "version" of the app and any points accrued will cease to be on 15 May 2024.

After switching to the "new points program", I can no longer log in to my account. The link to change the password in the mail does not work. The app doesn't offer the possibility to put together a sub in peace unless you have a special, selected restaurant. All in all, a useless app for me at the moment. What a pity.
