Delivery partner fraudulent act
I'm really disappointed with this app who can't even manage or track their delivery partner who trust their customers less than their delivery partner I'm uninstalling this app as I'm having these kind of experience and stupid attitude from customer executive I feel Zomato is way better than Swiggy app such an useless fraudulent app

order not received no refund as well
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of service I have received from Swiggy recently. Despite numerous attempts to resolve an issue with my order and multiple emails sent to your customer support team, I have yet to receive a refund for a problematic transaction. I encountered an issue with an order I placed through Swiggy. Despite the payment being processed, the order was not delivered, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. In response, I promptly reached out to your customer support team via email, detailing the situation and requesting a refund for the undelivered order. However, despite my repeated attempts to communicate with your team and seek resolution for this matter, I have not received any acknowledgment or response regarding my refund request. This lack of communication and failure to address my concerns is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided by Swiggy. As a loyal customer who has relied on Swiggy for my food delivery needs, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I expect better from a company of Swiggy's reputation and stature in the industry.

Rider not assigned
I have ordered food frm mc donals But for 1 nd half hr I didn't get assigned a rider So i cancelled the order Still it was nt assigned any rider Then also after cancelling order i was charged for cancellation charges It was swiggy partner mistake for nt even assign a rider for 1 nd half hour Waste of ordering frm swiggy scamming a lot

Awful experience with delivery representatives
Awful experiences with delivery representatives. Delivery representatives are rude, rowdy and always ready to fight. They refuse to deliver at the flat and are always asking (and sometimes authoritatively demanding) to come to the ground floor and take the order. There have been instances where order was not delivered but the delivery representative has updated the order as delivered in the app. The support team is not effective and is of not much help. Awful experience overall.

Pathetic customer service and Supporting order fraud
I am uninstalling swiggy today. They support scam orders. I placed an order recently from Champaran restaurant, paid high prices for parathas, received roadside paratha with spoiled fillings. The order delivered was of different name and tag of zomato. Raised the issue with swiggy customer support on chat and email both. The response I received is that they will give feedback to restaurant. Even the items I ordered were different from what I received. Not using swiggy again after such a pathetic experience I went through. Highly disappointed and won't recommend to trust swiggy for food orders as they won't help solve your problem but frustrate you even more.

Worst customer service
The worst app and customer service ppl like amrit gupta and naved hussian who is a supervisor disconnect the phone on your face and then say that its not thier fault its ours ur order gets confirmed u wait for 40 mins then it gets cancelled and they say contact the resturant wherein the resturant is unreachable worst customer service these people only know how to take money thats it
