Worthless. Took me uninstalling twice and restarting my order 3 times to get it to go through for the payment. Would've been faster just hit up the drive thru and avoid this cluster of an app.

Buggy and fraud. I went to order food and right before it processed, it said there was an issue, the order did NOT go through yet it STILL CHARGED MY BANK. now I got to wait till customer service hours, and demand a refund, or wait for the charge to post and dispute it with my bank. STAY THE EFF AWAY FROM THIS APP. ONLY GO IN PERSON!!!!!!!?!

Glitchy at best, [name] get the food right when ordering through app. Missing items every time, and when you try to tell taco bell you MIGHT get "1 free item" over a month after the complaint, if they seem to care enough to do anything about it. Nevermind the $20+ you spent on an order that included no sauce on any of the food or the side as well as missing items (plural), here's 1 free item of your choosing. That's fair, right? 100% the last time using the app or ever eating here

What is the point of having this app anymore....it just quit working....ive tried and tried for 3 months now. I can't add any type of payment on it. I cant redeam my rewards. Or place any orders. Taco bell needs to fix the app. I quit going to taco bell because I cant do my app or rewards.

Great app exclusive deals. It was a little rough about a year ago but they've iron out almost all of the kinks. Only complaint is when you're building a combo and already have something in your bag, the view bag button is the largest option and I often tap it accidentally, losing my progress. If it saved the status or automatically added it to the bag that would be great.
