I have been trying to order my food for the past 30 mins but i cannot place any order. Once i select an item and add it to cart the cart remains empty and does not allow me to proceed. This is not the first time this bug has occured but usually it fixes itself within a few minutes. Also they have been hiking up all their fees, removed all customer service and just made the app worse to use.

After paid the food order by visa and waiting for 2 hrs, customer service call us to let's know the order is delivered to wrong person , when we ask for money they cash back it at talabat account not on visa...

Bad to worst
Delivery time before make the order is 30 min, after making it 70-90 minutes! And couldn't cancel the order despite I tried to cancel it the same moment!

They charged for an order. it got deducted, but did not reflect on the app. U try to reach out for them. There's no way to reach an agent or upload photo of transaction. Good luck reaching out for them

they manage to screw up nearly every order, one point and case, I ordered food, after 1hr and 20 minutes the restaurant called me to contact talabat because the order had been ready for almost an hour and no rider collected... my account has not got access to talabat rewards never has I told the agent it's nothing to do with the app it's my account but I followed the steps it's still the same, they've gone out of the way to make contacting them near impossible and I hope management sees this
