Too hard to designate other pickup person
To designate another person to pickup up your order, you need to invite them AND they need to create an account to join as a “shopping partner” - that's ridiculous and unlike any other store. My wife and I don't both need accounts, but we should be able to list her as a pickup person.

Why would it allow me to order if the items are out of framing stock?? Why even show the items if they are out of stock or not at the location I choose?? I set up a payment plan for this order so for those items to still be allowed on the order even though it's out of stock messes with the payment plans and now me having to set up another payment plan for those other items at another store. Kinda annoying.

Bring back the manage Red Card feature
The app is good for online shopping and in store pick ups but in a recent update they took away the feature to manage your red card. So I am unable to pay off my credit card easily in the app anymore I have to go online and out of my way.

randomly logged out and unable to reset password
nothing like being at the front of a line unable to reset your password with verification codes that dont work

The app no longer lets me check in as on my way for drive up orders. An error shows "please check back later and try again" and I'm never allowed to check in.

This is the second time my circle earnings is not working first time it just disappeared and I was unable to use it had to call guest relations they fixed it and assured me it wouldn't happen again. So I managed to use it. I earned another $10 I tried to use it I bought one thing had $7 in change left over. Try to make another purchase using the rest of my circle earnings instead it charged me the full amount to my card ignoring the circle earnings. This is the second time. Bad guest experience.
