Priceline Customer Service
Priceline has absolutely the WORST customer service of any company we do business with! They figure if they transfer your call enough times, eventually you'll hang up! Also when you click on the hotel price it's always the handicap room. The regular room is $20-$30 higher. Priceline is a bunch of con artists!

Add bundling to the app
I enjoy the app and Priceline in general. I would love to be able to bundle my trip on the app so I don't have to login to the website. Expedia does this so it can't be hard. Also I would love the same details about the hotel (rates, amenities, etc.) as found on the site to be available on the app. I also want the same filter options that I have when booking online to be on the app.

Just received an alert for a hotel that was previously ca called and the email showed that it was my reservation for an upcoming g trip.

You cannot cancel hotel with priceline.
Hey guy got this experience this morning with Priceline they didn't have ant to cancel or change the reservation on one of my hotels. Im traveling with my kids from KY to CA and we book hotel at Washington UT through Priceline because it was little bit cheaper and since we driving a car we can make it there and I contact Priceline and try to switch to next day not cancel and they told me they call hotel and hotel didn't want to do it so I called hotel and there manager told me that he told Priceline to switch to next day and pay the difference if needed so i call Priceline again and there customer support told me that the hotel told them that can't do anything to my reservation. This is my first stay with Priceline and i will try to avoid them again. I was with Expedia for years and i will go back again to them.

It's not what it was before
When I used this application for the first time, I was very surprised with the prices, it was my favorite for three years, but in recent times I can't say the same. The customer service is horrible, when I got a plane ticket and any problem arose, canceling it had a penalty of $15, now they tripled that penalty and charge $50, honestly Priceline was not what it was before, not to mention that if The hotels were not what you expected or were not what you saw in the photo, they do not offer you a refund, that is, you are left without protection because Praceline does nothing about it, when they started they were a very good company but apparently they already have the clientele that they wanted and their clients no longer care, it is an application that does not provide good service, does not give guarantees, and is not economical at all

HORRID
Complete lack of customer service, have requested a callback 4x with no response. Their international call numbers do not work. Took my money and acted like I am a complete stranger. ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE

Bad review
This is a fishy company. Be careful. Don't trust this company. I made a reservation; I put my full name as it was in my passport, and they caused me to lose my flight because my name was misspelled wrong. This is a bad company.
