Worst network by a mile. Moved from plusnet due to Virgin bolt deal and never had such horrible network provider experience. Just waitign for contract to be over.

Useless
This app is absolutely useless. I had a simple enquiry which was just passed from one person to another, until the app decided to stop working altogether. Half of the time it doesn't connect to internet anyway. Absolute utter rubbish, embarrassing for the company.

Trying to speak to an advisor. App freezes and still no advisor despite waiting for 2 hours. Cannot find the QR code for the esim. Unreliable

Ì upgraded my device then changed my mind and returned the device four weeks later i am still being charged for the device I returned service from [phone] is absolutely non existence

So [phone] in all their wisdom decided to change the way billing was done, to the point the App doesn't show your full billing which in turn you think is paid, to only then find out that two device payments have been missed and they're getting passed on to a debt collection agency, paying off all my devices and going to another company.
