Deceptive billing
Beware at the point of final checkout, as the billed amount may not be what is shown on the app. They don't have phone customer service and ignore emails. The app sends annoying promo notifications, or clear if they can be silenced separately

Can’t add vehicle to my account
App requires that I select a state, but that field is greyed out and won't allow me to select my state. Also, what year are you asking for? Vehicle or plate expiration? What happens if I park with my reservation but haven't been able to add a vehicle to my account?

It doesn't use Google pay or other pay options so I had to get my credit card to enter the details. The price increased by the time I had entered payment. Not cool

Sick of paying to wait
These people charge a premium and it has been more than 3x at this point where I need to wait over 45 minutes for another shuttle bc they overbook. This is the last time.

Seems buggy right now
Cannot get notice alert-(the number 2 to go away)-have loaded and reloaded app several times. Also cannot enter state for vehicle reg. to update my car. OK for making reservations and using to get in and out of the lot. Use the app a couple of times a month. Wish there was a way to reg my parking spot without having to keep track of little piece of paper. I usually take a pic, but would be nice if app just “knew”.

Cannot get a response. Fee adjustment
Their entry machine was down when I showed up. Upon exiting they overcharged me. I sent the the receipt and the original invoice. Other that receiving an automated message nothing after three weeks. Have replied numerous times asking for an updat. Cannot find a phone number. This was my first time. Never again.

Directions button took me to the wrong place
Can't figure out any other way to report this issue. The location button on my reservation launched Apple Maps and took me to the Atlanta International Park and Ride deck [address]and Fly lot. Would be nice if I could copy the lot address from the app to paste in Google maps.
