It's a good app that's convenient for making reservations but also for discovering new restaurants. he insists a little too much on asking you to turn on the GPS by force. However, the points system needs to be expanded, in my area there are already few affiliated restaurants and even fewer that accept the discount from the accrued points, which are always very expensive restaurants.

I try to book a table before last night, and at the end when it comes to validating I am told that I have been banned permanently, without even having notified me. After discussion with an "advisor" via the chat, he can't explain to me why and so I find myself with a blocked account with the equivalent of 50€ in loyalty points. A huge scam

Dire decisions
A real shame. An app that has done an excellent job for years ends up making decisions that end up being disastrous. The fact that my account has been suspended is a disservice to dozens of restaurants. A person like me who eats away from home on a daily basis is certainly a very big loss for many restaurants. I could create a new account to continue using that app that I find great but I don't feel like it so I leave it in disuse and in oblivion. I wish them all the worst for their future and no grudges since they have lost a client. I turn to Google Maps as a restaurant search engine; There, at least, they don't suspend accounts on a whim. You should also check if what the restaurants say is true or not. Because I'm sure that many start canceling the holder's reserves so that they don't have to pay the commission to you. Honestly, it's a shame for your decisions. Lately you had told me that I did not attend my reservations, being totally false, including those restaurants that I repeated in reservation because of the fork (for their convenience in the reservation) that obviously the restaurant served me but the app said that the reservation was canceled.

Most of the restaurants you find don't live up to the restaurant name; Once you've accumulated Yums, good luck finding a place that accepts them; If you have any problems with payments with TheFork Pay, support will not respond in time. I lost €15 for a small thing that could have been easily solved, but the company doesn't care who uses the service. My advice is to avoid this app.

I often use thefork, ALWAYS honoring the reservation. I book to take advantage of the 50 euros discount 2000 yums, while driving to the restaurant I have a car accident. I go by ambulance to the ED, the next morning I am discharged. I contact the facility apologizing for not having warned them by telling them the unexpected, they are sorry for what happened. The fork had the nerve to withhold 50 euros for not warning the restaurant. Dingy. To never again.

I wanted to try an alternative to Google Maps or TripAdvisor, enter my email address, and the first thing I read as part of the registration process is "subscribe to our newsletter by filling out this form." Dear provider: as part of a registration, I would like to have the option of subscribing to a newsletter, or not. However, I understand this request to mean that my data will be used immediately to send a newsletter. This clearly contradicts the legal situation. Please revise your registration. I cancelled my registration.
