First it deleted 40 donuts from one day to the next, I contact customer service which were useless and the next day my progress is deleted or I got signed out and cant sign back in, keeps crashing when I try. What a waste

Excellent game very entertaining and addictive, I only have one problem that has arisen lately and that is that the session closes and when I try to enter it minimizes the game and I cannot enter

It was always a good game but after I have a new phone I can no longer log in to the account because it always says the code is wrong.

Horrible!!!!!!!! A few days ago, I downloaded the game. Reached level 12 and decided to link my email and Facebook. The game crashed. Tried everything. Didn't work. Uninstalled it, began a NEW game! Got to level 8, linked my email and it crashed AGAIN!!!!! Been busy with EA support all day, agent after agent. Pillar to post, nothing. Game is fun, but NOT worth the hassle. Ffs! 😖 I tried all I can, tired of repeating myself. Each Agent can't help and i need to start over. Boycott this game✌🏻

Since I updated the game it no longer lets me log in from the game Do something now I tried to download it on my tablet nothing the game as soon as I try to log in the game freezes and exits itself every time

Why am I on level 1 if I was playing since 2014-15 and was on 100+ level? I could not login for over a year and now when I can it says I'm on level 1 and should start over again

After many years of playing, you won't let me log in to the account and when you send me the code and enter it says that the code you send yourself is not correct. A disaster.
