After having this app for awhile, I've noticed it's very buggy. Doesnt refresh, if you place an autobuy, better check on an actual website. Its tossed mine twice. So many things need addressing here, including the company itself! Poor info on items, almost everything I've gotten was incorrect measurements or condition not as described. No phone number to speak to anyone. I hate that businesses are going this way. Cheap, cutting jobs, these people are not the environmental gems they claim.

Has glitches
When emails are sent with order information the links don't work. They bring you to a page that reads “oops, something went wrong” EVERY time. Also, the “contact us” button returns to the home page so that's completely useless.

Disappointed
I thought that up will help me with my old device. But it's keep asking for update that I can't get due to old IOS. I can't use it now. Looks like it's a bug and I have to delete the app.

Use to shop here until I started to sell here
I used to shop on this app all the time, but I tried selling one time I sent in three of their closet clean out bags completely full of everything from shoes handbags nice dresses lots of brand new kids clothes with tags still on it. The problem became that after the $15 shipping and handling fee they still wouldn't give me my money that I was rightfully owed, many times to contact her customer service and after 15 minutes of waiting, you tend to get a little annoyed and give up but regardless, you can't get a response out of them other than it's the fees the fees are already covered so now what how come you haven't given me my payout they have returned because they're helping the planet and you ain't gonna get the money for them and you're not gonna get them back either. Do yourself a favor if you're selling and sell locally

I've made 3 seperate purchases; I'm very happy with the CLOTHING I purchased but not HANDBAGS. I threw away both purses once discovering they were final sale; they shouldn't have been resold (falling apart, excessively worn straps on one and just very misleading descriptions/pictures) Just use caution so you're not left with disappointment as I was.

I would give 0 stars if I could
1. You can ask for more pics of items to buy 2. You can't post questions regarding size, condition, if altered , etc 3. Can't talk to a “person” at the site 4. The site lies about the items you send in stating it doesn't meet their criteria when it very clearly does including NWT and that it's boys when they state it was men 5. They sell your items for far less than you would get on Poshmark and you can't adjust 6. You can't get your stuff back if you aren't aware of the fine print 7. Don't trust them. Don't use them.

Bad news company people.
From what I've seen and read about this company? Stay way the He🏒🏒 from these guys. Why are almost all the apps in Apple App Store that help sell used items ripping people off like this one here? An even more important question that needs to be addressed is why is Apple allowing them to do it? From sales apps to game apps, they are all ripping off the people who use them and Apple does nothing. When I had a Samsung and used Google play store I never had a issue with returns or money taken from my account that Google didn't take care of or make right. But since I've had this iPhone l've been ripped off more times than I care to mention. Mostly little things, but looking back on it those little things add up. Because of apps like this one l've had to remove all payment information from the App Store. It's not just apps like this here, it's the whole rotten apple.

Such a scam, do not sell here!
You make nothing selling your clothes, literally a dollar a change. You can get your clothes back but they charge you $6 per item! Also took forever for them to list my clothes. About a month. Complete waste of time, don't use this app. Update: I lowered the prices on all my items just so they can sell and miraculously they all sold…wondering if ThredUP just “bought them” and are going to resell them. I'll let you all know….

NEVER AGAIN!!!
Sent 5 bags of clothing, 1 of which apparently went missing. The items consisted of women's name brand clothing such as AE, KanCan, flying monkey, etc. As well as toddler clothing name brands like under armour, cat & jack, etc. Didn't received a dollar…ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I can see most items sold and says payment complete. Yet, I didn't even a card or account bc I was skeptical! 🤔 ODD! Intuition correct! I did receive 50 points on my account, which I believe I'll wash my hands of. SCAM!
