How a mobile phone company can have such an unusable app is beyond me. Logging in is like trying to jump over a hurdle whilst in quicksand. Makes me want to leave the network. Just awful.

I have 3 accounts and the updated app only allows me to have 1 account, so I cannot manage the other 2. Going to cancel

Overcharged for add ons Three aware of the issue but waited for me to complain before admitting their error. Piss poor company with awful customer service. Avoid and use a reputable mobile provider

Dreadful. Repeatedly asks for password even though I set it up to access via fingerprint. Crashes all the time. Can't find anything once I do gain access to the app. Would have expected much better.

Hi ladies and gentlemen, please try to prefer EE, Sky and Vodafone rather than 3. 3 network is useless even though, they could not provide any offers to buy phones and all, while EE can give you instant phone on contact if anyone wants, that too within 1-2 months of existing contract.
