Despite no actual business transactions, charges accumulate swiftly – I was unexpectedly billed over $100 within hours of activation. Whether accepting, rejecting, or negotiating deals, charges persist. Although promised a refund option, it's crucial to note that refunds may not materialize. Proceed with extreme caution to avoid unforeseen financial implications.

Horrible App! Total waste of time!
This is the worst App I've used in a long time. Aggravating beyond belief, impossible to communicate with service folks, never sure if they receive my messages and an insane unnecessary number of authorizations necessary to get into my worthless account. Don't waste your time!

Can’t compose a message on iOS 17.5
Once I try to reply to a message the app freezes up and eventually crashed.

Buggy. Flows ask incorrect questions. Annoying.
Sometimes you can add photos to a job request, sometimes you can't. The forms miss key details for job quoting. Recommendations for contractors are often the incorrect trade. It's just not a polished experience yet.

Not ready for prime time
Tried them once, scheduled an estimate from a contractor for Monday at 3:00. Got an mail confirmation. Guy never showed, never called, web page has a Support option (which isn't easy to get to), and it's message chat doesn't work. Tried again a few year later. Videographer claims to work for $50 an hour. I have to answer a bunch of questions, then at the end it says they don't do jobs for under $400. Waste of time.
