The app just keeps closing, I cannot access my tickets or my account info or search for tickets . No matter what I click on it just shuts down.

This app is so buggy tried to get a pre-sale tickets before it started but it kept having issues with logging me in even after restarting the app it still kept having the same issues. Do not get the app just stick with the website.

So many unexplained errors during onsales, TM app is objectively bad. On top of exorbitant fees, shady practices, dynamic pricing, cahoots with shady bot brokers. TM is a moral affront to live music as a whole. We need proper regulation in the U.S. Call your reps, let's get a bill going to wrangle their near monopoly!

Many links completely unrelated to Ticketmaster automatically open the Ticketmaster app. I can't access those sites either because of this. Some programmer over there probably hard coded a "*" catch all for redirects to the app. Absolutely awful, and it can't be disabled. So I have to uninstall the app now. Thanks for nothing.

Can't sign in to the app...click on sign in and nothing happens...literally nothing. Have tried at least 10 times, have waited for 5+ mins some times and still nothing happens... 🤦🤦🤦
