Ridiculous that you only get your money after the event
Ridiculous that you only get the money after the event. When selling, it says that you will receive your money after 3 working days, but later when the tickets are sold you will receive a notification that you will only receive your money after the event. This while ticketswap does receive money directly from the buyer with all kinds of surcharges. I'm trying to sell my tickets elsewhere first.

Hangs up often
So no possibility to buy tickets. Especially when many tickets are available for sale online. Somehow counterproductive

Technical problems
The idea itself is awesome and it works, although the application has a bug because after entering the Account, then to the calendar or alerts and selecting an event, the application freezes every time. I haven't found a place where you can report it.

That app is open all day long. My screen is unlocked. I get a push notification that there is a ticket. It's not in the app itself yet? I press the push notification/notification to see that the ticket has already been sold.

Good company, bad app
App crashes continuously when I want to see tickets for an event. Deleting logging out and rebooting doesn't work at all!

There is no longer support for iOS prior to 16. We don't import the old devices.
