It has happened to me several times that I walked a few meters and the scooter stopped working, but the money will be withdrawn without shame!! I used it often, I prefer to walk!!!! You can be ashamed

Worst scooter app — I cannot use it at all
There's no login just signing up. But I'm already registered and I can't use the same email address again... It won't let me sign up and there's no option to log in.

Dreadful
Had to park over a mile away from where I needed to be because it kept saying the parking was full when there were 3 or 4 scooters. Keep paying while you're trying to find said parking. Will never ever use again.

Nothing works. I scan the QR code on the scooter and according to the app the ride starts but the scooter does not drive. The code for the 5 free minutes also does not work and until you have completely registered, it feels like an hour has passed. Absolutely annoying.

Bikes are poorly maintained. The app itself has bugs. If there is an issue with a bike that you just rented, there is no convenient way to refund the money.

The passes are very expensive compared to Dott, the Map system is broken on the ground, to park and much smaller than Dott

Will never use the service again, used to be a frequent customer, now there are fixed parking spaces I had to use this sh. Roll 10!! Parking minutes from my home and walking the rest. Although the way to myself would only be 5 minutes... The parking spaces were so noe indicated beforehand. Only after use or after it is already open or it is pointed out. I paid 4 euros for NOTHING. I'm just annoyed and angry, that's it for me as a customer

I can not use free code since there is no way to directly activate it without providing a credit card. I tried mine, and it just kept on rejecting it, although other services allowed me to pay with it. A really bad app would would not recommend.
