Hard to contact and create an account
They only operate in PT not 24 hrs. So very inconvenient and over 24 hours to respond to help requests.

I bought the key smart pro with the idea that it would be a good way too keep track of my keys and cut down on clutter in my pockets. It does one of those really well and the other not so well. Because the key smart pro is also a tile device it has a battery life (which the tile app does not tell you if it is charge % or if it is dead) and the feature that tells you if something was left behind is a pay for subscription. The app always has an ad at the top.

Never getting the verification email. This is my 3rd email I'm trying to use to verify and haven't gotten any email.

So far not impressed. Can't even get sending a verification email right. Oh well. Since I can't use it without verifying email and they keep failing to actually send the verification code to me, if feels like another waste of money

Endless crashes
Used to be good but for some reason, recently it's been crashing and lagging that I can't even use it at all. Don't know why it's 5* right now.

Subscribe to a Plan for the most robust finding experience for all of your Tiles. You’ll receive a Smart Alert notification when you leave something behind. For U.S. subscribers, if you do actually lose something, and Tile can’t find it, we reimburse you up to your item reimbursement limit.

All new users are eligible for a 30 day free trial of a Premium or Premium Protect Plan. Afterwards, Premium is available for a monthly or annual subscription and Premium Protect is available for an annual subscription.
