They lie. They steal. They cheat.
Tim Hortons was found guilty of illegally tracking users via this app. As punishment, they had to give everyone 1 donut and 1 coffee. That's how much your private data is worth to them. They aren't even Canadian anymore.

This app is needlessly complicated. Every other restaurant app: "You have X number of points, select your reward." Tim Hortons app: "You have X number of points, select which category of reward you want (Beverages, Baked goods, Lunch, dinner). Oh, you wanted to redeem your points for a baked good? Too bad, you only had 'beverages' selected. You'll need to change the category. Take your time. Don't worry about the people waiting behind you."

I ordered through the app several times and I arrive to pickup my order I give the number and discover that the shop has a different order number. How this happens?? I don't know

Clueless customer service agents. You should replace Sarah. Service in general is bad as well. Whenever I've ordered I've been given the wrong thing.

This app is kind of the worst! It might work for scanning points but not always. And Good Luck actually ordering to pick up, the menu MIGHT load but not the actual food item of you want to select and you cant order. It's pretty much only good for taking up phone space.

Screw this company. They have a setting on by default in this app that rounds up your purchase for charity. This should not be on by default. Plus they were exposed for tracking you without permission

This is a terrible app. Every few months, it boots me out and I have to log in again. They do not have an option for logging in with a password so you have to wait for an email. Never got any emails. I emailed support and they said to make sure it is not being sent to junk. Put the email they gave me on a safe sender list and still nothing. They really need to fix the login method or system. My wife has also had similar issues and has had to make a new account.
