Be careful when buying tickets on this app! I bought a couple of tickets to go to the Moorish Castle in Sintra/PT! The ticket stated that the attraction was from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.! I arrived at 5:45 p.m. and the guard stopped me saying that the park was closed! Absurd and they don't want to refund me!

Unfortunately, you can't give minus stars. Creepy! Gave some fantasy time for the first ticket from the airport to Rome, you couldn't set it yourself, the ticket controllers were annoyed. Mega cumbersome. And the second time he again gave a fantasy time, and in addition he exhibited the other way around instead of from Rome to Fiumicino. Since I had neither time nor nerves, I had to buy a new ticket at the machine. €18.- into the gravel. Never again!

Caution: Bought a train ticket for Rome, got a random travel time that can no longer be changed. Hands off. It is better to use the TrenItalia app directly. It's also cheaper.

Company that misleads you, you select the date you want, the app updates and selects another date, if you are not attentive you lose your money as it happened to me, because the intention was to buy for a certain date that would be at the destination and the company selected another date that I will even be on another continent. If they refuse to refund even though they made the purchase 5 minutes ago, they force the consumer to purchase paid cancellation. Company in bad faith

They have one answer for everything. No They do spell it out clearly in their FAQs. There is no customer service. No help of anykind. No changes, refunds nothing. I paid premium for tickets and got screwed. No help from Tiqets. I will only buy direct from venue from now on. Lesson learned.
