They recycle phone numbers
I've changed my number twice now and they keep giving me old phone numbers from people connected to all their accounts. I'm not sure how this is even legal as I have access to random peoples accounts. I want to change my number to stop the spam, but they will just give you another persons number. I'm not sure how your supposed to logically run a business using T-Mobile. I mean they can create a new number when you sign up

#3) Home Internet Services still stink. It's sad that after even a few years of complaints, the system sucks in this area! When will you have good serviced completed? 2)T-Mobile services are improving, but there are still glitches that need utmost attention: phone freezes; dropped calls in succession; apps freeze; requires too much powering off in the midst of a game; loss use of certain games when exercising jump and software issues; missing family videos & scrapbooks... fix the issues.
