Pretty horrible. This app puts the final payment option on the customer, so if they don't complete it they just walk out the restaurant gets screwed. In addition there's no way for a customer, member, to add a transaction if they couldn't get the system working in the restaurant. All in all not worth the trouble

Did someone on fiver make this app? I've had repeatedly terrible experiences with this app. Every time I've been reminded someplace I eat uses this app I'm bummed out. It barely works and might as well not exist. Credentials seem to have a huge delay on reset and basic use requires multiple credential relogs. I was challenged 3x for logins on app today. It's like using a mobile app in the early 2000s developed with c+ or some outdated language that lacks simple reliability. Sub-10 of 1000 *

Went to a restaurant last night that said they were using this app for dining rewards. The app is not clear enough on how this works. You also can't edit the payments area with adding an additional card for tracking points. It appears this is mostly for takeout and delivery and the reviews on that are bad. I'll give it a chance in case things have changed but the app still has improvements to make.

Horrible app! Took away points I had and then lost points I earned and then tell me I have -15 points and then won't fix the problem because they claim it is Glaze's fault

This is pretty useless. I can't view my points from restaurants and my points weren't being accumulated using the card that's linked to my account. If I have to go to the restaurant to check my points what is the point of downloading this app l? It's just wasted space

Downloaded for a restaurant starting a loyalty program and I can't even find it on the app. Won't let me search for the restaurant either. Seems to be worthless if you live outside a city.

Two days in a row a cafe I order from regularly has been listed as “not accepting orders” during open hours in the app but it works just fine in my browser and on Google food. I missed out on rewards because of this. Further, when I search for nearby establishments I get results from hundreds of miles away. I figured downloading the app would be more convenient than continuing to order through my browser but will be uninstalling.

It's great til you need customer service and then they will absolutely do nothing whatsoever to address your problem.
