Horrible app
The app is garbage so it the company that manages Ezpass . They don't listen to any feedback and the customer service is horrible.

EZpass doesn't see you as a customer, just an obstacle between them and "Their" money. Never link your card with auto refill. They will come up with number they think is "right" with no warning. For me that number was almost $500. Decided to remove my card from their system, another $30 "fee". Their "low-balance" emails make it sound like you owe them $150+whatever your negative balance is and they won't let you pay anything less if you use their website. Perfectly fine to add 20 through the app

1pm 5/15/2024 Just when I need to access an app-only service, app will not open. I know I will be paying additional fees by not being able to register rental car to use my tag!
