Adding the route bar is already very good. However, road numbering is still missing from the road sign items in Android Auto (which, by the way, is fully functional with Apple Carplay. And other navigation apps also show this) In the app itself, road numbers in the route planning can be seen on the rendered signs that are displayed during the route.

Search function is very poor, or not up-to-date. Have to use Google Maps search function to find addresses, then copy and paste into the TomTom go app. Example: Sassenheim train station has been around for years, cannot be found in the app. Another example: the Shell Beeklaan Noordwijk Zuid-Holland petrol station has not existed for years, has become the Haan petrol station. And I could go on and on. Please improve. Whole map is selected and last map update is selected. Sassenheim station is also not under POI, at gas station Haan and Shell are both at the same address. Entering an address is quite difficult if, for example, you are looking for the nearest station or supermarket during your holiday. Graphically, the route planner is excellent. Search function very poor. Luckily, I have a one-month subscription. Switch back to Google Maps and Apple maps app. Too bad you didn't read the review. It clearly states that all maps are up-to-date and entire map is selected. Search function is worthless. Last year I took out a one-month subscription for holidays in Germany. I used Google Maps the whole holiday because I couldn't find anything in the TomTom app, even the nearest gas station was 50 kilometers away according to TomTom app. According to Google Maps, a gas station less than 5 kilometers away, and that was correct. At that time I already made my dissatisfaction known. For a week in Sweden I took out another month's subscription in the hope that there was improvement. Unfortunately not. Can expect a little more from an app that has to be paid for. I immediately stopped renewing my subscription.

TomTom do not upgrade & get with the times
The app works great but the app is never upgraded. BUT!! •It limits you to the amount of destinations you can save, if that's not increased to unlimited I will not be renewing. •Favourite places need to be able to be searchable no search bar in app. •When approaching many junctions it does not tell you what lane to get in. •Junctions need to be more clearly displayed. •Should be a report button for any wrong speed limits or general faults or accidents or road works. •When there's road works stating 50mph the app always says 60mph. Its a good app but far from great…

why?
Why was I removed? Wasn't my question good? The question was not answered from the first question. Of course I have the settings. My question was why no spoken warnings etc. their answer tells me that they are not familiar with their app!! There is no such point!!

Maps differ substantially from reality
Driving a motorhome and looking for parking, I often use Google Maps (or other apps) to identify potential spots as I can see groups of motorhomes on the satellite views. Yet ding this same spots on TomTom is a guessing game! The features on the TomTom maps differ so much from the aerial view as to be unrecognisable. I do not understand why wiggly rods are portrayed as straight and the whole layout appears different when no change has been made on the ground. If I could paste the GPS coordinates from Google or other apps into TomTom this would be a great help but this is not enabled. Navigation still leaves something to be desired and the app has taken us down some strange routes and backstreets without explanation and in the absence of holdups. There appears to be no feedback facility to suggest that a particular road is unsuitable for large vehicles or is not the correct route through town.

I just got back from a detour along Google Maps and Garmin (built into my current car). Both were okay and with the last one I was the best. Quite a hefty cost for updates, so I tried TomTom Go again. After my first long ride, I immediately regretted it. Incredibly illogical choices to get to the south via Paris! Making a combination by merging the two most logical solutions turns out not to be possible!

In the settings, the truck comes up with a nonsensical route longer and slower.
