Can’t add car to app
I recently changed phones and when I want to sign in and connect my car it does not let me. I have emailed and called and nobody can help. It's been at least 8 months and I can't access remote start. Ridiculous that I pay for the access only for it not to work.

For the last two months, I haven't been able to pay on the app. It says something is wrong on your end. Looked for an update. Nothing to update. Slightly annoying, but can always go to the website. Still works great for remote start and other things.

Overall there's lack of UX and UI review. Product management needs to review user journeys and use cases for this app. App is not designed with multiple users in mind. App doesn't have the same functionality across all cars. Cars seemed to be onboarded to AWS Lambda in one off fashion. Additionally, app lacks climate controls presets which is one of the main reasons to use this app. Security concerns: 1. Anyone with car vin number can add a car to this app without any validation 2. Without activation app displays sensitive car information like car mileage Functionality needing improvement: 1. More than 1 driver with full control of the car. Currently adding a driver takes away functionality from the original driver 2. Adding second driver is not intuitive. 3. Climate presets 4. Vehicle health needs to be able to display more telematics data. There's a ton of information available on CAN bus and you're pulling barely any 5. Add sound the horn and flash lights functionality.

Worst app ever
Worst vehicle app ever. Works half the time if I'm lucky. Remote features are disabled weeks at a time sometimes. So many bugs too you'd think a bug manufacturer like this would have it figured out. Waste of money paying for the remote features when you can't even use them.

Shame on Toyota
Bought a 68k tundra and have to pay a subscription for basic features all other car makers have standard? Not to mention the app is horrible, remote start barely works and always has a connection issues. What a joke of an app and for Toyota having a japanese standard of high quality, I've seen Chinese apps work better. Certainly makes me the think my Toyota purchase for such a shady subscription service.

I have tried to see the progress of my payment programed and it's show me an error from the app ends but is not being fixed and there is no way to get support to report the problem
