Initially useful app, it has stopped tracking trips (GPS works because it detects the car's location). I wrote to the address indicated, and after the first automatic reply indicating the ticket number no further response. It is a real shame to throw away the trust of customers for such small things. Received a reply about a possible problem with the synchronization of the profile with the unit, but without precise indications of how to operate to solve the problem

Problem since the Toyota recall! It still tells me driver closed but unlocked and I no longer have a summary of the trip!! What for???

New app absolutely unusable for my Corolla 2020. Just hybrid coach, nothing else. Old app I could still find at least my car. LG Michael

The old app allowed you to have a view of your consumption, your driving quality, etc. over several years. Now a rolling year and that's it. Data storage is expensive, there are no small profits.

The app never displays the same values that the on-board computer displays. For example, the on-board computer shows that I drove 71% in EV mode. However, only 59% are displayed in the app! It's like that on every ride! 5 to 12% less are always displayed! I find this very annoying, because I have taken out the Toyota hybrid insurance and the discount is based on the proportion driven in EV mode.

On the whole, quite good. But: Clearly too many erroneous warning messages. Sometimes several times a day I am warned that some doors or windows are open or that several warning lights should be checked. Has never been true so far and is a bit annoying. Probably well thought and meant, unfortunately poorly implemented.
