Poor support
I've been there since the very beginning and now after 5 years I unfortunately have to give up a mediocre to bad recession. For 2.5 months now I have been waiting for an answer regarding a support request. After 2 weeks of waiting, I was contacted that it would take a little longer. But that's how long is cheeky. In addition, my standing order was not booked this month. I'll check with my bank tomorrow if it was their fault. If this is not the case, me and the fault here is with Trade Republic, I will look for another broker.

I forgot my pin (I can't get back into my account) I didn't have a PuK yet. The support only sends standard messages or does not answer at all and creating a new account is simply not possible with the same phone number.
