Transit • Subway & Bus Times - Latest Quality Issues
iOS

App bugs
The app has been working greatly until these few days. Buses suddenly disappeared when the app showed it's 8 mins away, then reappeared on the app when it is 1-2 mins away. The app also kept bouncing out when I clicked the bus route on the homepage. So frustrating.

Crappy service
[phone] and [phone] never come. The transit app shows 1 minute and then it changers to 10 or 15min. The app is useless

greatish
the app is great when it works, but the inherent nature of subways being underground means it will very rarely recognize when you're on one.

Schedule is never correct
Years ago this app was invaluable for getting around efficiently on transit. Now it never has a correct schedule and shows busses via GPS that never show up. It's showing ghosts. Google Maps is now the only somewhat reliable option. I hate to support the big guy but this app has become entirely unhelpful.

Review
Buses never come on time or don't come at all until the next time it's scheduled.it doesn't make sense.

Times are inaccurate as hell

Bus stop 3080 smells like poop. The shelter area pavement needs a pressure wash. There are a lot of flies at this area because of the smell.

The bus times are not accurate and dont updates on late busses, if they NEVER show up, showing them on the map but never coming.

I don't have the money to pay for the app so if I am out of the two or three bus range I'm usually in the I'm stuck wherever unable to get bus information through this app. when I first started using this app the whole thing was free. it seems greedy to make people have to pay money to see the bus information.
