I am still in the trial period and have decided to purchase a subscription however, reluctantly. Recently while on a run, I ran into a road closure under construction. While the app may not be at fault for this, I attempted to use the reroute function. It did not reroute, instead telling me that no better routes were availible. I continued to drive hoping it would recalculate a better route. It didn't. This app took me down residential streets not made for truck and trailer. Very disappointing.

This people are Rip Offs..they pay you a 💩$25 after the 3rd hr...while every body else pay $40 plus after 2hrs of detention..Always trying to beat us over our head.. Sickening👎👎✌️✌️

Gps option
Use to love this app but I guess it done away with your options of which gps you would prefer to. I don't like like using the trucker gps.

Best app for truckers but has bugs that need to be fixed
I've been using this app for 5 years now. I literally use it everyday I'm Otr to trip plan and find places to park. I love that it also has the ability to show hotels and Walmart along your route. I used the premium feature for a year. It was decent but I didn't see anything different except being able to use the truck gps feature and I have a truck gps so that was useless for me. Bugs: It's not showing all the Loves and Pilots. I see them on the map but can't click on them to see if it's parking or anything. Hotels and TA's show even though I don't have them selected. Not sure why it's doing this, but would love for this to be fixed. Other than that I love this app

The more I use it the less I like it. It's got such an obvious glitches that are very frustrating. For example SOMETIMES it does not want to find address in the offline mode and sometimes it does. That inconsistency it's frustrating. As soon as my subscription and I will switch back to Co-Pilot.

Awesome app, but Explorer mode…
Don't get me wrong, I like explorer mode. But we need some kind of a setting to suppress it. It jumps to explore mode too soon and to unpredictably. The button is fine, but automatically jumping to explorer mode is a problem.
