Chat feature not working
The chat feature on the app has not been working for me for month now with no solution given by TSB team. Messages sent on the chat do not deliver!!

I never used to encounter any problems with this app but in the last 2 weeks my fingerprint login has become unusable and no matter what I try even following tsb advice it still won't work but works on every other thing on my phone and I know it's not a major issue just more of an inconvenience.

Logging in
The app is great but the biometric feature needs updating as I sometimes have issues logging in with it and probably has a glitch there in the app

This app worked for me using biometrics till 3 days ago. Now its asking me for username, password, memorable word then all card details including 3 digit security no! After phoning TSB, they have informed me that this info would never be asked for. Only DOB and certain digits of my pass code should be requested. They can't figure this out!!

Savings pot
Can't open a savings pot to save my life tried many times says error something went wrong . How do you do it ? Been on phone calls , been in bank , tried so many times it's unbelievable with no luck , app needs up dating and or fixing ,

Useless App, doesn't tell you the exact time the transaction was made and also can't even see my card details like card no, cvc and exp dates etc. USELESS APP and It looks like they have Junior DEVELOPERS 🤣
