Its okay but the app has one problem which is immediately displaying someone's balance when they log in even if it was initially hidden previous time

Such a poor app, for days I cannot withdraw any money because its show balance unavailable, The network is so poor, they debit me anytime I try to buy data without providing my data and never refund even if I request for refund compared to other bank apps I've used this app has been the worst experience, I don't recommend.

The app is good but There should be an upgrade on the app, it shouldn't be until it's refresh you will know ur Balance in account

So, apparently, I'm stuck out of my own account. My phone cannot read sim cards, but it does other functions. I want to log into my bank app, but I can't, because there is no keyboard pop up to enter the otp that was sent to my SIM card. It's waiting for an auto fill in which can't happen because the phone is not with sim. How do I resolve this mess now ?

The bank app has not been working for me. It's been about 5 months now. I've called the customer care and done everything in my power. It's still showing "you don't have a valid account". It's quite annoying.
