Charged for the course but never got it.
Udemy charged me for a course and They never got the course. I submitted a ticket for customer support and it has being dragging for three weeks and never got my refund or the course.

The latest updates have put an end to the app, which was very good. The content and video playback are terrible! Could come back with the previous version which was very good.

App has improved but has problems with remembering the exact timeline or video you are currently on when you reopen the app. Also the inability to cast to Amazon Firestick TV is a major gripe.

I installed it, but I couldn't use it. Even if the course is already completed and archived, it still has a play bar on the home screen. Poor user experience. I gave up.
