Where is the boarding pass??!
The boarding pass is so hidden in the app that it is next to impossible to find. I checked in 24 hours prior to my flight and did not expect to have to go back to the checkin option to find boarding pass. Not intuitive at all and very inconvenient.

Many UI frustrations
This app just doesn't work the way it should. Lots of non-intuitive design. It has a bunch of stupid questions to verify it's you and they are impossible to remember the answer to.
