I wanted to try this app but it will not let me without going through Google play and I must have money or credit/debit card in my Google play account. I don't like keeping my credit/debit card on my account. It also will not let me delete the account. It's messed up!!!!!!

Poor sound and customer service
Purchased thru Apple but when I opened App on Apple TV I had to setup an account. Now I was charged for 2 subscriptions at the same time and rejected my refund request. Since I will have the service for a month I tried watching a movie and the sound was so low and poor quality we couldn't hear. Tried another movie and the same thing sound very low even though volume was all the way up and even turned on Sound bar and still to low. Canceled service hours after subscribing, what a waste of time and money. No sound problem while using other subscriptions like Hulu or Paramount Thanks for nothing

Ever since the newest update I can't get the app to work on my phone or on my Firestick. I have tried logging out and logging back in. I've restarted my internet but this is the only app that will not work on my Firestick or phone (samsung s10e). I want to watch the new Heartland Season 17 Episode 3. I was able to get the website to work but not the app.
