"Delivery attempted, requires adult signature" I go to change pick up location "sorry but we're facing tech issues please refresh" refresh 5+ times. "You must verify your identity to change pickup location: send text, answer questions" I choose either option "your phone or address could not be validated with the vendor" Or "I'm sorry we could not generate questions to verify your ID" so now my package will get returned and the cycle will repeat, awesome. Issue for both the app and website btw

The To-Me page will only track one package at a time on the app. I can't find any way to change it to show more packages. It will track on the tracking page, but won't show it on the To-me page. The old version would track all my deliveries and show when they where delivered. Wish I hadn't updated the app.

Pretty terrible
The new app is so useless. Can't search UPS locations and can't set a delivery hold. Tried to do it on the website and the form doesn't submit. I don't understand these companies who try to fix what isn't broken. The old app was so much better.

Hidden USPS Handoff
The app doesn't easily indicate when packages are passed off to USPS until you click several places after a package moves to delivered.

This app doesn't even deserve 1 star, I haven't come across something so bad so far. Dealing with the registration costs time and nerves and yet does not lead to the goal.

Unfortunately, a completely unusable app. There is no way to store a storage location, exclude delivery to my neighbors or redirect my package to a branch, as is possible with DHL, for example. I also tried it through My Choice. I can register there, but I am not offered the opportunity to set a delivery notice or select an alternative there. Very poorly done and definitely not customer-friendly.

Absolutely the worst service service EVER!!! After downloading my choice to make changes to my package being delivered before Mother's Day. I still couldn't make those changes after trying to reach a customer service representative, I never could reach a real customer service representative. ITS ALL.ABOUT THE AI . I will never, ever use UPS for anything And I highly recommend you don't either. It's been a huge inconvenience and waist of energy.

New version of mobile App doesn't work, very poor efficency,quality notifications doesn't work. Highly unsatisfactory and extremely disappointed. And stated features doesn't function either.
