Until today I gave this app 5 starts but the update has interrupted my work, my computer & still has not installed even though it says it will only take a few minutes it has been over an hour and I still cannot use the app. Annoying & disappointing. USBanks customer service is excellent but even they do not know and just keep telling me the updates are part of a better experience but it has made my experience worse because it is not installed & when I check it kicks me out & starts over. Frustra

US Bank App
Tried to review picture of front and back before submitting. When I selected to photo, the app forced me to take another picture. Then I was still not able to review the photo before submitting. So I gave up and just submitted the photos. Also I tried to turn flash off but the app turned the flash back on. I gave up. I think the US Bank app was better before recent upgrades. The current app needs serious rework to give customers more control in what gets uploaded to US Bank.

As a business who receives checks, in the same amount, as a primary source of payment it is extremely frustrating that I cannot view what check has cleared, has been returned or cashed. It results in a duplicate from time to time. Must frustrating though is when a check has been declined or returned I have no way of knowing which check it was until I receive paperwork via snail mail. Additionally, a reoccurring monthly payment I receive from the same person, in the same amount is occasionally declined because it's being called a duplicate. These error require me to go to a branch. Since I do not live near a branch, if these errors continue I'll be forced to use a different bank

Intuitive
Lacks a certain amount of intuitive features I would've expected. Have used competing banking apps and preferred some features not readily available here.
