I feel your fixed saving section shouldn't just be one month, but we should be able to choose ourself

I had a case of balance discrepancy on my account as a certain amount was deducted with no narration or reference which clearly states this was done by the bank. This is over 48hours and my funds are yet to be refunded. The customer service is trash as they all have been sabotaged not to respond nor assist my case. I called more than 10 times and they all claimed they cannot hear me. Elephant house will hear me by dawn. Vbank is a scam and they will rip you off

This is the most worst 😡 😡 😡 bank. I have never seen in my life. When I have money inside my account, and I can't withdraw my money inside my account. And they also gave me a headache 🤕 on top of my money. I will not stop complain until they block my account or they release my money for me.

I think this bank is scam because this bank debit me 6200 and they didn't refund my money till today

I have never rated an app before... This app WAS great until I did the upgrade Now, I can have a live chat with ya customer service anymore And please, why are you removing 10:00 on every of my transaction. I'm going to stop using this bank, you charges is too outrageous

Fantastic app on Apple however on android its more difficult to open an account or reset the password even with verifying the image I closed mine because the service was less than expected but the app is great and idea still functions and has improved over the years.
