The app froze on me and wouldn't let me end my ride, increasing the cost of my ride and I fumbled around trying to get the app to work well enough to end my ride. Additionally, if you go to submit a support request for a ride, that doesn't work either. Asks you which ride, you click it, and it just shows trip history. They also don't let you refund your balance which is such a scam.

Problem with getting it to work. And once I did, I didn't have power and when I was trying to end ride it took like 5 to 10 minutes.. to end ride. Fix your app it doesn't work correctly.

very bad no riding zones, extremely expensive, unneccessary pre payment for a service that should charge after the ride is done.

$15 and we couldn't even use it, the bike lane was all red and we had to push it to a location to leave it.

First time, right now just before posting this, not able to get a anything to work. Couldn't add deposit because service was unavailable. Tried Uninstalling and re downloading app, restarting my phone nothing worked.

Scooter had full battery but stopped working within 10 minutes, but bell was ringing when I took it to the nearest parking spot...and app was wanting me to pay another $10 to start the next scooter! Don't waste your money with Veo!!

I really want to like this service. Unfortunately the maintenance of the ebikes is poor and bordering unsafe. In my experience in the last month, more than 50% of the "Cosmo" e bikes have real safety issues and shouldn't be in the road. The help system appears to be broken and you can't generate a report to get reimbursed for one of these broken vehicles. This company probably owes me more than $20 due to broken vehicles and there's just no way to get this back.

These dumb mutha fukkas had me walk 2 miles for a scooter after allowing me to add $40 to my account just to ask me to scan my ID when I got to it. I left my wallet at home!! Definitely should've said I needed my ID BEFORE allowing me to add money and make the 2 mile walk

Veo map app is one of the worst apps
99% of maps if you're walking north the map icon is going upwards like you are. .. this app however you could be walking north and the little icon of you is going down south. It makes no sense.
